A deliciously crisp chicken burger served in a soft Glutafin roll with cheese, salad and coleslaw. Quick to prepare and full of comforting, classic flavours.

  • Ingredients

    Down
  • 2 large or 4 small boneless skinless chicken breast fillets

    6 slices of Glutafin Gluten Free Select Fresh White Bread made into breadcrumbs

    2 tbsp Glutafin Multipurpose White Mix

    1 egg, beaten

    Salt and Pepper

    4 x Glutafin Fresh White Rolls

    Coleslaw

    Salad Leaves

    4 Cheese slices

    2-3 tbsp Sunflower oil for frying

    1. If using 2 large chicken breasts cut in half and trim so they are all one thickness.
    2. Season the flour mix with salt and pepper – you could also add some parmesan or chilli flakes into this mix.
    3. Put the flour mix, egg and breadcrumbs in 3 separate bowls or plates.
    4. Dip each piece of chicken breast into the flour mix, then the egg and then the breadcrumbs ensuring there is good coverage.
    5. Heat the sunflower oil in a pan and fry the chicken breast burgers over a medium heat for 10-15 minutes until fully cooked through, turning half way through.
    6. Make the burger: Fill the halved roll with the lettuce, burger, cheese slice and coleslaw and enjoy!
