Full terms and conditions – Your chance to win a Schar hamper

1. By taking part in this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. The prize draw is open to residents of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Dr. Schär, and any company or influencer affiliated with the organisation, their agents or any other persons professionally connected with the draw.
3. To enter, participants must complete the Glutafin Just Diagnosed follow up Survey about their prescription preferences.
4. The competition prizes consist of the following: 1 x Schar hamper to be awarded every 3 months to participants of the competition. First hamper to be awarded in June 2026, then September 2026, December 2026, March 2027 and then repeating on these months each calendar year until the promotion is withdrawn.
5. Prizes are non-refundable.
6. Glutafin will review the promotion every 6 months to decide if the incentive for participants is adequate, at which time it may be changed or withdrawn.
7. Winners will be contacted by Glutafin within 1 month of the prize draw.
8. Prize must be claimed within 7 days of the initial notification. All reasonable effort will be made to contact the winner; however, if the prize is not claimed within 7 days a re-draw will take place.
9. Participants are only able to enter the competition once.
10. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Glutafin reserves the right to replace entire prizes or prize components with prizes of equal or greater value.
11. No responsibility is accepted for entries that are misdirected, late or illegible, nor for any associated costs.

13. Prizes are awarded at Glutafin’s discretion and no prizes will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant.
14. By entering the promotion, all entrants consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this promotion only, including the publication of their full name and county if they are a winner.
