From Fibre to Fake News: Clearing Up Gluten‑Free Food Confusion

Register

Living gluten‑free can sometimes feel confusing, especially when there’s so much mixed advice out there. From fibre intake to ultra‑processed foods, it’s not always easy to know what’s helpful, what’s accurate, and what really matters. That’s why we’ve been working on something designed to bring a little more clarity.

On 19 May 2026 at 7pm, we’ll be hosting From Fibre to Fake News, an educational webinar created for the coeliac community. The session is designed to explore some of the most talked‑about topics in gluten‑free living, helping to cut through the noise with practical, evidence‑based insight.

What to expect from the webinar

Hosted by Morgan McKenzie Moore, the session brings together expert speakers Katie Kennedy MNutr RD and Nick Trott Gastroenterology Dietitian, who will be sharing their experience and expertise in coeliac disease and nutrition.

Katie Kennedy is a registered dietitian with 23+ years’ experience and
Company Dietitian for Dr Schär, specialising in coeliac disease and gluten-related disorders.

Nick is a Gastroenterology Dietitian at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital in Sheffield,
specialising in coeliac disease and related conditions, and contributing to national guidelines and research in the field.
Morgan McKenzie Moore is a content creator and host focused on coeliac life,
sharing humour, advice and gluten-free finds to make living gluten-free more enjoyable.

We will cover:

🍞 The role fibre plays in a gluten‑free diet
🍞 Where to find fibre and how to increase intake gradually
🍞 Common food myths and how to approach conflicting advice
🍞 Ultra‑processed foods — what they are, and what they’re not
🍞 Why healthy gluten‑free living doesn’t need unnecessary rules

The aim is to provide clear, practical guidance that can help make food choices feel a little simpler and more manageable.

After registering, we’ll be in touch a week before the event with your webinar link via a separate email.
