Living gluten‑free can sometimes feel confusing, especially when there’s so much mixed advice out there. From fibre intake to ultra‑processed foods, it’s not always easy to know what’s helpful, what’s accurate, and what really matters. That’s why we’ve been working on something designed to bring a little more clarity.
On 19 May 2026 at 7pm, we’ll be hosting From Fibre to Fake News, an educational webinar created for the coeliac community. The session is designed to explore some of the most talked‑about topics in gluten‑free living, helping to cut through the noise with practical, evidence‑based insight.
Hosted by Morgan McKenzie Moore, the session brings together expert speakers Katie Kennedy MNutr RD and Nick Trott Gastroenterology Dietitian, who will be sharing their experience and expertise in coeliac disease and nutrition.

🍞 The role fibre plays in a gluten‑free diet
🍞 Where to find fibre and how to increase intake gradually
🍞 Common food myths and how to approach conflicting advice
🍞 Ultra‑processed foods — what they are, and what they’re not
🍞 Why healthy gluten‑free living doesn’t need unnecessary rules
The aim is to provide clear, practical guidance that can help make food choices feel a little simpler and more manageable.
After registering, we’ll be in touch a week before the event with your webinar link via a separate email.
As a thank you for joining us, all attendees will receive either a loaf of our new Fresh Bread if living in a prescribing area, or a Schär supermarket voucher from our sister brand if your area is non prescribing.
Our new gluten‑free fresh bread has been carefully crafted in the UK for people with coeliac disease, delivering a soft texture and delicious taste more like traditional bread. Baked fresh each week and available on prescription in many areas, the range includes white, brown and seeded varieties, all fortified with key nutrients. Designed to stay fresher for longer and reduce packaging, it’s a convenient, reliable option that makes everyday gluten‑free eating feel simpler and more enjoyable.
