In the past, Santa’s treat, on the feast of Stephen
Was pizza, served deep-pan, crisp and even
But since he was diagnosed with coeliac disease
He’d need a new Christmas snack order, please
This year, he chose, for the end of his quest
A seasonal sandwich, and one of the best
With turkey and mayo and cranberry sauce
Topped off with gluten free stuffing of course!
