1. GLUTEN FREE ROADS

 

Do you want to eat gluten-free foods in Rome? Are you planning a journey from Berlin to Munich and are looking for retailers that stock gluten-free products? Then you’ll be in the right place!

The Free From Fairy is the fountain of all knowledge where gluten free food is concerned. Vicky created her website to share quick, simple, tried and tested recipes as well as information about coeliac disease with other people who have limitations to their diets.

She also offers advice and support to individuals with food allergies, intolerances or coeliac disease as well as to businesses wishing to cater for these people. Find her on Facebook  and Twitter.  

 

3. COELIAC UK

 

Coeliac UK  is the longest established and largest coeliac charity in the world and offer a range of tools to help you manage your diet and keep up to date with the latest developments in coeliac disease. The charity have over 90 voluntary support groups over the UK, each run by a group of volunteers. Find your local support group here .

The website gives you the chance to talk to people who face the same challenges – online, through Facebook  or Twitter , or one to one through their mentoring scheme, Member2Member.

 

4. GLUTAFIN

When I was diagnosed a coeliac with lactose intolerance I thought that the world of food was closed to me since joining I have had my eyes opened to a world of fresh made foods cereals and lovely bread and great recipes to try thankyou3
