A simple and delicious gluten free white sauce, a great accompaniment to pasta, pies, chicken and fish dishes, or to use when making a lasagna.
250- 300ml semi-skimmed milk
25g butter, cut into cubes
1/2 tsp of nutmeg

1. Place the milk, butter and Flour Mix into a medium pan, bring mixture to the boil, whisking all the time until the sauce thickens.
2. Season and add a little grated nutmeg, turn the heat down and simmer for 1 minute, if slightly too thick add a little more milk or water.
