A soft and melt in the mouth fibre loaf that will have everyone asking for more!
550ml liquid (150ml boiling water, 150ml cold water and 250ml semi skimmed milk)
1 tbsp vegetable or sunflower oil
1 tsp dried yeast (from sachet in pack)
½ tsp salt

1. Place the water and oil into the bread machine pan. Add the mix, yeast and the salt. Ensure the pan is secure in the machine.
2. Select a whole wheat programme, with the rapid bake option.
3. Press the start button.
4. After the first kneading cycle open lid and scrape sides of the bread pan to stir in any loose mix.
5. Remove from the pan as soon as the programme finishes. Allow to cool before cutting or storing in a suitable airtight container. Consume within 4 days.
