These sheets make the perfect traditional lasagne or try rolling them (after pre-cooking) into cannelloni tubes and filling them with meat or spinach and ricotta. All Glutafin pastas are gluten free, wheat free and lactose free. We recommend adding a splash of olive oil when cooking your pasta and be sure to follow the cooking times exactly for the best results.
