I made bread with the packet sent with the starter pack and the result was fabulous. I would recommend it to anyone. I ordered some more mix through my GP but was given a white substitute from a different producer - although similar in appearance to the actual loaf the texture and above all the taste were awful.
Armed with what you say about the NHS database I will try again to order through the doctor. Thank you, Glutafin for the information and the mix.

This is the first time I have used this mix. It is easy to use and the results are amazing perfect bread, light texture and very tasty. It males life so much easier as it does not require any kneading and takes minutes to make.

I am the same. I hardly ever eat out anymore and we don't receive many invites for dinner either. The last time I went out was for my birthday and despite making it very clear to the waiting staff they still brought my dish out with biscuit crumbs on the plate. When I sent it back some of my friends made comments about how embarrassing it was I on the other hand felt really annoyed because I wasn't listened too. I will always return to places who go the extra mile to make sure my meal is safe to eat. A dear friend had a dinner party recently and her and her hubby actually borrowed books and researched everything to make dinner safe for me to eat Lovely!!!

I made a fruit cake this weekend, the first since being diagnosed, I used the Fibre Mix that was sent to me from Glutafin, and following the recipe on the back of the pack, the cake turned out perfectly and tastes delicious. And it's not just me who enjoyed it, so did all the family. Move over Mr, Kipling......
