Glutafin's parent company Dr Schär have been busy breaking the world record for the worlds largest pizza.
The gluten free Pizza measured in at a colossal 40m in diameter and was 100% gluten free.
The attempt began in 13th December and took 40 days to complete.
The Gluten Free Pizza contained:
9,000 kg Dr Schär gluten free flour
4,500 kg water
135 kg yeast.
The Pizza was then topped with:
4,000 kg tomato sauce,
4,000 kg mozzarella, 1
90 kg oil,
75 kg margarine,
250 kg sea salt,
100 kg Parmigiano Reggiano
25 kg aromatic vinegar
Then the 5,234 sections of dough were joined together and baked using specialist machinery which reached a temperature of between 300°c and 500°c.
The finished pizza was then distributed out to local homeless shelters
