Having been a coeliac since I was 9 months old, some 30 something years ago! I can honestly say that it is only since discovering glutafin that I have actually enjoyed prepacked gluten free bread.

Your flour mixes are wonderful for cakes and have mean't my cakes are VERY popular at the school cake sales, Thanks Glutafin, keep up the excellent work.

having been a coeliac since 1997 I can honestly say having tried different brands the Glutafin choice is far the greatest. I have tried the biscuits,cake mix,brown/white bread,white rolls,crackers,pizza base and enjoy all these.
The choice there never makes you feel different from the family! Good work and thank you!

I always use Glutafin white mix too. Never had a failure with a sponge cake, it really is great to use. Looking forward to making a special one for the Jubilee. I have been coeliac since 2009.

My non-coeliac friend, Aud, has another friend who is also coeliac. Now when Aud invites us for a meal I take the dessert - and make a duplicate for her to freeze for her other friend. Makes life easier all round, and I still get invited out!

I was diagnosed with ME/CFS two years ago and a few months ago found I was coeliac. I'm still making mistakes I didn't realise how important the cross-contamination issue was but I'm getting there.

Thanks to Glutafin, my cakes are just as good with your flour mix and I love the crispbreads - the trouble is, so do my family so I have to hide them away! Being a pensioner it's a huge help I can get these on prescription,
