Glutafin have just created a new page on their website. It’s all about calcium intake for coeliacs as calcium is important for coeliacs following a gluten free diet and you need to ensure you are taking enough to help keep your bones strong and avoid osteoporosis.
Our gluten free dietitians have provided useful information on our new page including why it is important to consume calcium and what gluten free foods calcium can be found in. There are some surprises like the fact oranges contain calcium. There is even a suggested meal plan to help you get started!
