It’s been a few months since we last shared our top gluten free page picks for coeliacs on Facebook. Since then, we’ve been trawling the big blue social giant for the best gluten free communities and have jotted-down four of our favourites for you to check out this month. Take a look for yourself...
It’s nearly here!!! That’s right – The Allergy & Free From Show returns to Liverpool’s BT Convention Centre this weekend (October 25th/26th). Their Facebook page give you all of the information you need to make the most of the Show and also provides lots of great content about the exhibitors.

Coeliac UK is the leading charity for people with coeliac disease and dermatitis herpetiformis (DH). Nearly 30,000 people have already liked this page, so get involved and join in the conversation!
This page is jam-packed with gluten free content from the latest gluten free news to videos from key people in the industry.
You’ve probably heard of Live Gluten Free from their successful website, but nearly 18,000 people have also liked their page on Facebook. The page’s dedicated followers is what makes it stand-out from others, with them frequently posting directly to its Timeline and commenting on other posts.
There’s plenty of blog posts, pictures and enough product news to keep coeliacs busy for at least a lunch break!
