Sardine Crostinis Recipe

Boost your Omega-3 with these tasty sardine crostinis! Perfect for lunch time - can be enjoyed hot and cold!
Cooking time:
Oven temperature: 150º C / Gas mark 2
Ingredients
1 x 120g of Sardines in tomato sauce
1 x Glutafin Gluten Free Baguette
1 x tbsp of Olive Oil
Method
1. Slice baguette into slices and brush with olive oil and place on a baking sheet
2. Place the bread in a preheated oven 150°C/300°F/Gas mark 2 for 5 minutes until the bread is crisp
3. Spread the sardines over each of the bread slices and place back in the oven for 3-5 minutes
4. Decorate with small pieces of cucumber or a slice of tomato
