A delicious combination of silky smooth chocolate, crunchy biscuit and chewy marshmallow make these delectable bites popular with everyone. Use Glutafin Tea Biscuits or Glutafin Digestives or a combination of both.

Ingredients
- 125g/ 4 1/2 oz Butter
- 250g/ 8oz Dark chocolate*
- 50g/ 2oz Golden syrup
- 1 x 5ml tsp Natural extract of vanilla
- 150g/ 5oz Glutafin Tea Biscuits OR Glutafin Digestive Biscuits OR Glutafin Biscuits
- 75g/ 3oz Mini marshmallows (roughly chopped)*
- 50g/ 2oz Dried cranberries

Method
- Place butter, chocolate, golden syrup and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl resting over a pan of gently simmering water. Leave until the ingredients have melted together. Stir to combine. Set aside a quarter of the melted mixture for the topping.
- Place Glutafin biscuits into a sturdy freezer bag. Seal and bash with a rolling pin to make crumbs. Place in a large mixing bowl with the chopped marshmallow and dried cranberries. Stir in the melted ingredients. Spoon into a 23cm/9" square shallow baking tray lined with foil. Smooth the surface with the back of a dessertspoon dipped in water. Pour over the reserved melted topping.
- Chill until the mixture has set. Cut into 18 small squares. Store in an airtight container in a cool place and eat within 4 days.
Tip:Try making with milk chocolate or white chocolate. For a nutty version add 50g roughly chopped hazelnuts instead of the cranberries.
