I have tried every gluten free bread on the market and the glutafin is best by far. the only one that does not fall to pieces before I have finished the sandwich.

Better than any bought pastry by miles!
Takes a bit to master it and it is quite short, but the results are really worth it. All members of my family and any friends who have tried it loved it and had absolutely no idea it was wheat and gluten free till told.
Now battling with my Primary Care Trust to re-instate my prescription for this (cost saving cuts).
