Three Cheese and Parsley Sauce

Gluten Free recipe

A tasty way to spruce up a basic gluten free white sauce. Great with pasta or topped onto vegetables

You Will Need

Ingredients

500ml of Gluten Free White Base Sauce (see Gluten Free White Base Sauce Recipe)
A handful of Flat leaf parsley
100g/3.5oz Grated cheese
50g/1.5oz Parmesan cheese
50g/1.5 oz Mascarpone cheese
Salt and pepper
 

 

 

Method

1. Heat 500ml of the Gluten Free White Base Sauce
2. Add parsley and cheeses and stir until cheese is melted
3. Add salt and pepper to season
 




Important Information

Gluten Free Wheat Free option:
