An Italian slant on the classic white sauce. This gluten free mascarpone and wine add a little extra flavour for your taste buds, making this perfect with chicken or pasta dishes.

You will need
Ingredients
500ml of Gluten Free White Base Sauce (see Gluten Free White Base Sauce Recipe)
1 cup of Mascarpone
1 Cup of Parmesan
A half cup of Chopped Basil
Salt and pepper
1 glass of White wine
Method
1. Heat the pan and add white wine.
2. Add the Gluten Free White Base sauce and rest of the ingredients.
3. Bring to the boil slowly stirring continuously.
4. Add salt and pepper to season.
