Our gluten free pasta shapes are made in Italy for high quality and delicious authentic taste.
Whether your perfect pasta is long ribbons or squiggly spirals, Glutafin pasta comes in all shapes and sizes. We have 6 to choose from below. Our Glutafin pasta is gluten free and wheat free so everyone can enjoy.
For a Mediterranean supper toss Glutafin Penne with a tangy tomato sauce, or else stir a weighty dollop of pesto through Glutafin Tagliatelle and hey presto you’ve got a satisfying lunch. With the exception of the Lasagne, Glutafin recommends the following cooking instructions for the perfect pasta:
- Allow 100g of pasta per adult for a main meal.
- Bring 2 litres of slightly salted water to the boil in a large pan and add 1 tablespoon (15ml) of olive oil.
- Add the pasta to the pan and return to boil.
- Simmer for 7-10 minutes (except the Spaghetti, which will need the full 10 minutes and should only be stirred once at the start).
