hi lorainne It might be worth you adding a ½ tsp of sugar and ¼ tsp of glycerine to help soften the loaf. Also if you store the loaf in a seal proof container, it will help to soften the loaf.

Hi can anyone help me every time i make bread it turns out lovely on the inside but very heard on the outside???? as i am lastose intorarent i have to use soya milk but i have tried using water but still the same result :-(
