Latest news…Coming soon – new and improved mixes! Glutafin’s Gluten Free Multipurpose White Mix makes a delicious loaf in the bread machine or oven, which stands an inch and a half higher than a loaf made with the previous mix recipe. The Mutipurpose White Mix is the perfect all-rounder; also making excellent cakes, pastry, scones, biscuits, sauces and batters.

Choose our improved Glutafin Gluten Free Multipurpose Fibre Mix for creating all fruit cakes and fibre-packed pastries and scones. It makes a lovely loaf in the oven too; golden brown in colour and with a subtle hint of nuttiness.

A New Way To Welcome

Thanks to all your constructive feedback on Glutafin welcome boxes, we’ve introduced a brand new sample box for people who have recently been diagnosed with coeliac disease. We’re sure many of you remember feeling a little lost when you were first told that you had to follow a gluten-free diet.

The new hamper-style box contains everything people need to know about coeliac disease, including Glutafin foods and services and how to get products on prescription. There’s a funky recipe binder, which can stand up on the kitchen counter, including sweet and savoury recipe cards, with plenty of space for more. Plus of course, there’s a tasty selection of Glutafin goodies to sample.

 What's your Story?

Did you read about coeliac swimmer, Mark Straw, on our website? Mark recently competed in the 12th FINA World Masters Swimming Championships in Perth, doing fantastically well. Glutafin sponsored Mark, and in return, Mark kept us updated on his progress in the Championships and on managing a gluten-free diet, via his blog.

Amazingly, Mark was only diagnosed with coeliac disease last October (having previously been diagnosed with diabetes), but refusing to let it hold him back, he conquered coeliac disease and the Championships! Great results Mark, and thanks for sharing your story with us. We want to hear more from you.
