Ode to Glutafin!

We recently received a fantastic poem written by one of our customers-Deborah- and thought it was so great that we have decided to share it with you all! Thank you Deborah for this lovely 'ode to Glutafin':

Being a Coeliac is not much fun
The limited diet can make you glum
Of rubbery bread we’ve had enough
And the cardboard crackers that are frankly yuck!
But Glutafin you’ve transformed our lives
With new lighter flours we’ve been inspired
Luscious cakes, scones and delicious sauce
To top the tasty Glutafin penne of course!
Coeliac diets can be a bore
But now the choice is the only chore!
My favourite is a Victoria sponge
Or is it a tasty quiche for lunch?!
