This pastry mix is truly excellent! I made a batch of mince pies for our Christmas party and had so many compliments about them - I have been told that the pastry is much lighter and tastier than many non-gluten-free varieties!

glutafin pastry mix is fantastic. Results are perfect every time. I am so disappointed that my surgery will not allow this product on prescription despite the fact that I am a coeliac.
