The Multipurpose Fibre Mix contains added beet fibre for a nutty taste and fibre texture. It comes with a sachet of yeast and is ideal for baking fruit cakes, breads, pastry, tray bakes, biscuits, pancakes and sauces.
Available on prescription as per the Advisory Committee on Borderline Substances (ACBS) for established gluten enteropathy only
