The Multipurpose Fibre Mix contains added beet fibre for a nutty taste and fibre texture. It comes with a sachet of yeast and is ideal for baking fruit cakes, breads, pastry, tray bakes, biscuits, pancakes and sauces.
For both beginners and experienced cooks we strongly recommend our Glutafin Multipurpose Fibre Mix. This flour mix has been designed to replicate standard wholemeal flours and you can use them in the same way that you would use normal flour, essentially in any of your gluten free cooking or baking. It is also good sources of both calcium and folic acid. The mixes can be used to bake bread in your oven, or bread machine, biscuits, scones, batters, pastries, sauces...it really is multi purpose. We recommend using the fibre mix for fruit cakes, as we know you won’t be disappointed!

Wheat starch***, rice starch, skimmed milk powder, beet fibre, dried glucose syrup, sugar, thickeners: powdered cellulose, guar gum, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose; calcium citrate, raising agents: glucono-delta-lactone, sodium hydrogen carbonate; folic acid.
