Glutafin Select Fresh Brown Loaf (400g) | Glutafin

Fans of our popular fresh white loaves will love our new and improved Glutafin Select Fresh Brown Bread. With its irresistible taste and soft texture, it’s the closest thing possible to ‘real' brown bread. Forget refreshing the loaf; simply enjoy a slice straight from the bag! Glutafin Select Fresh Brown Loaf stays fresh for eight days and can be frozen for up to a month without losing any of its freshness.

It’s high in fibre and a source of calcium** too, so use your loaf and make a tasty choice with Glutafin Select Fresh Brown Loaf.

In the brown loaf there are seeds and nutrients such as sunflower seeds (a source of fibre to maintain a healthy gut), omega 6 fatty acids (for a healthy heart), vitamin E (an antioxidant to protect body tissues), magnesium (necessary for the formation and maintenance of healthy bones), selenium (maintains good overall health), and linseeds (a source of fibre to maintain a healthy gut, and an important vegetarian source of omega-3, important for a healthy heart).

What’s more, our fresh brown and white loaves are freezable for 4 weeks without losing any of their freshness, just defrost and still enjoy!

To enjoy, simply add to your prescription and wait for the freshly baked loaves to be delivered straight to your pharmacy every Wednesday.

''Dear Glutafin, I feel I must tell you how wonderful I think your fresh bread is. It is as good if not better than ordinary bread. I was given a free sample at a demonstration and made sure of putting it on my prescription straight away. I have the brown bread and use it all the time apart from sometimes having your select fibre rolls which are also delicious. Thank you so much!''

I have just switched to this bread after trying one of my daughters loaves. I love the taste and the texture. The best gluten free bread I have had and I have tried loads over the last 6 years.

The new bread is absolutely wonderful, especially the brown. I love the texture with the seeds etc and the flavour is lovely. Suitable for any filling savoury or sweet. I have used it since it was first available. Well done Glutafin.

This is by far the tastiest bread I have tried since I was diagnosed over 12 years ago. It is also a useful size - most other gluten free bread is very small

I loved it , I just hope when i order more it doesn't come broken up. It was only the crusts that were whole slices. But like i said i loved the taste.

Have tried both the white and brown. Brown makes great sandwiches but even better toast. The white is just out of this world, I have been a coeliac for 52 years and can honestly say this is the best ever(and I've tried the lot) ..... never knew ham sandwiches could taste sooooo good. Thanks and well done Glutafin.

CANDICE DWEK says:
I opened the pack and devoured the first 2 slices without any topping and thought it tasted too good to be gluten-free, so immediately looked at the ingredients which confirmed that it was, indeed, safe for me to eat...and what s more, it was delicious! Thank you, Glutafin, for coming up with a sensational brown loaf. I cant wait to taste the white version now.

Have to agree with above comments. I have been Coeliac for over 20 years and the new fresh fibre loaf which my grandson received as a sample was undoubtedly the best bread I have eaten for a long long time. I have just changed my prescription and ordered for delivery asap as I am looking forward to trying the white version. Well done to you all at Glutafin.

By far the best bread I have tasted in the 4 years since diagnosis! Ticks all the boxes for me! Good size, good texture, good taste! At last I can have a decent sandwich! I only wish it were readily available in the supermarkets!

10th October 2010
Philip James says:
This is simply fantastic bread and very much better than any other "fresh" bread I've tried. The most important thing in my view is that it's nice and moist, so it doesn't crumble to pieces or disappear into sawdust. I also rate its taste and texture 10 out of 10. Wonderful!

10th October 2010
Lisa Kingstone says:
Have been buying Genius up until i was sent a sample of this bread, won't be buying that any more this brown loaf is by far tastier and the texture is fantastic. Well Done.

Fantastic recipe I look forward to even more new Glutafin developments .

As already mentioned it is nice to be able to enjoy a sandwich with fresh bread instead of the cardboard taste which it was before. I order my bread regularly on prescription together with biscuits and pasta, all very enjoyable.

Until I tried this bread I was an avid fan of Genius...Now I order this new choice and I enjoy this more, no more unsliced doorsteps. A decent bread to make a decent sandwich.
