Based on a blend of gluten-free and wheat-free starches, this mix contains added beet fibre. It comes with a sachet of yeast and is ideal for making fruit cakes, tray bakes, bread, cakes, pastry, biscuits, sauces and pancakes. Take your pick!
Available on prescription as per Advisory Committee on Borderline Substances (ACBS) for established gluten enteropathy only.
