Based on a blend of gluten-free and wheat-free starches with added calcium, this mix gives you a slice of the good life, or should we say, probably the best sponge in gluten free! Specially developed to give a light fluffy texture, you'll be licking your lips whatever cakes you decide to bake. Tempting fairy cakes, wicked brownies and sweet, satisfying sponges – they're all back on the menu.
Available on prescription as per Advisory Committee on Borderline Substances (ACBS) for established gluten enteropathy only.
