Glutafin pasta is gluten and wheat free so everyone can enjoy. For a simple Mediterranean supper, toss Glutafin Penne with a tangy tomato sauce, or else stir a weighty dollop of pesto through Glutafin Tagliatelle and hey presto you’ve got a satisfying lunch.

Whether your perfect pasta is long ribbons or squiggly spirals, Glutafin pasta comes in all shapes and sizes. Choose from:

Glutafin recommends the following for the perfect pasta:

  • Cook pasta shapes (e.g. spirals) for 7-10 minutes and cook spaghetti for 10 minutes
  • Allow 100g of pasta per person for a main meal.
  • Add the pasta to slightly salted boiling water with 10ml of olive oil.
  • Bring to the boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Drain, rinse under boiling water and serve with your chosen sauce.
