Based on a blend of gluten-free and wheat-free starches, this mix contains added soya bran. It comes with a sachet of yeast and is ideal for making fruit cakes, tray bakes, bread, cakes, pastry, biscuits, sauces and pancakes. Take your pick!

Maize starch, potato starch, soya bran, thickeners: powdered cellulose, guar gum, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, xanthan gum; whey protein concentrate, rice flour, modified tapioca starch, dried glucose syrup, soya flour, calcium citrate, salt, folic acid.
