Based on a blend of gluten-free and wheat-free starches with added fibre for a delicious taste and satisfying texture, this bread mix is specially developed to give you great results from the breadmaker or traditional oven.  From  a tastey Breakast Loaf to a Greek and Oregano and Feta flatbread there is no limit to the variety of flavoured breads you can make.

Maize starch, potato starch, thickeners: powdered cellulose, guar gum, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, xanthan gum; skimmed milk powder, soya bran, dried glucose syrup, calcium citrate, salt, folic acid.
