Glutafin Select Pastry Mix

Full of flavour and with added calcium, this mix is great news if you've had difficulty making pastry in the past. The secret to get great results with this mix is to knead the dough as much as you can before rolling it out. This product requires egg to complete the recipe. 

Ingredients
Wheat starch*, skimmed milk powder (from cow's milk), sugar, stabilisers: guar gum, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; raising agents: glucono-delta-lactone, sodium bicarbonate; salt, calcium carbonate, niacinamide, iron powder, thiamin mononitrate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin.
