This purpose made mix gives great results whether you're using it in a breadmaker or a traditional oven. Add a little inspiration to create exotically flavoured fibre loaves, rolls, flatbreads and sweet breads, and bring a whole world of new taste to your menu.

Wheat starch* skimmed milk powder, rice starch, beet fibre, dried glucose syrup, sugar, thickeners: guar gum, hydroxyproylmethylcellulose; salt, calcium citrate, raising agent: glucono-delta-lactone; folic acid.
