Glutafin Select Bread Mix

Based on gluten-free wheat starch* with added calcium, the Select Bread mix makes a fantastic variety of great tasting  sweet and savoury breads.

Although specially developed for use in a breadmaker,  our Bread mix works just as well when used in baking bread in a traditional oven.

Ingredients

Wheat starch*, milk proteins (from cow's milk),dried glucose syrup, sugar, stabilisers: guar gum, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; salt, calcium carbonate, iron powder, niacin, thiamin hydrochloride.
