Glutafin Select Bread Mix

Based on gluten-free wheat starch* with added calcium, the Select Bread mix makes a fantastic variety of great tasting  sweet and savoury breads.

Although specially developed for use in a breadmaker, our Bread mix works just as well when used in baking bread in a traditional oven.

* The gluten-free wheat starch used in this product complies with the internationally agreed criteria for gluten-free foods (Codex Alimentarius).
